1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery without giving any reason.

2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Due to strict EU health, safety, and product integrity regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product categories once they have left our custody. All sales of these items are strictly final:
Beverage Syrups: Because our syrups are food items sensitive to environmental conditions, improper storage (such as exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures) can cause rapid deterioration and spoilage without visible signs of tampering. To guarantee the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any beverage syrups once delivered.

CO2 Gas Cylinders: CO2 cylinders contain high-pressure, food-grade gas. If a cylinder is subjected to improper storage or high heat (such as being left in a hot vehicle or direct sunlight), the built-in safety burst valve will activate to release the pressure, rendering the cylinder empty and permanently unusable possibly without damaging the outer cosmetic seal. Because we cannot verify the structural integrity, safety, or gas level of a cylinder once it has left our temperature-controlled facility, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any CO2 cylinders.
PET Carbonation Bottles & Individual Fizz Infusers: Non-returnable once removed from their original packaging. Used or unsealed PET bottles cannot be accepted under any circumstances, as invisible structural stress or heat damage poses a critical pressure-safety hazard during carbonation.

3. Returns of Eligible Items

For hardware (such as Soda Makers) that is not excluded by the safety provisions above:
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the physical goods to us.
Refund Execution: We will process your refund only after we have physically received, inspected, and verified the condition of the returned items at our facility. We will not issue refunds based on proof of sending alone.

4. Drinkmate OmniFizz Two-Year Legal Guarantee

Under EU consumer rules, your purchase is covered by a mandatory, free two (2) year legal guarantee starting from the date of purchase. If your Drinkmate OmniFizz or associated components are found to be defective or do not conform to their description during this period, you are entitled to a remedy.
Remedies for Defects: In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.
Warranty Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from accidents, structural alterations, misuse, or failure to follow the provided safety instructions (such as washing PET bottles in a dishwasher, using expired PET bottles, or using unauthorized accessories or CO² Cylinders).
Commercial Use: For products purchased for professional or commercial use (rather than private consumer use), the legal guarantee is limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
